Inspired by enchanted forests and fairies, Claire Pettibone's "Moonlight Reverie" collection is a magical assortment of gowns for brides with a penchant for romanticism and beautiful garments. “When I was a child, I would spend hours making fairy dresses from flowers and leaves and building tiny homes for them amidst the mossy forest," Pettibone shares. "I grew up, but the fairies have stayed with me, and sometimes, the need to escape the realities of this often-cruel world leads me back to them, and I have found a way—through dressing my brides and creating ethereal wedding gowns—to bring them into our world."

Claire Pettibone's Spring 2024 collection is all about expressing femininity and life through florals. The beautiful designs incorporate tulle, lace, and even colorful hues to create unique and ethereal dresses for spring brides. “I am constantly inspired by nature, and this season I let my botanical impulses run wild," Pettibone reveals. "Cherry blossoms, roses, and peonies appliquéd by hand, layers of silk and tulle, and intricate branches and leaves come to life in couture gowns. Having just returned from a long-awaited visit to Japan just in time for cherry blossom season, my mind is awash in floating petals! Most of my brides are married in outdoor settings, and my vision this season is to transform them into the most unforgettable floral goddesses.”

With dresses named after gems and precious metals, Claire Pettibone's couture collection "Adorned" is a stunning marriage of design and luxe detailing. "As I created this collection of wedding dresses, I played with concepts of adornment, incorporating elements of fine jewelry, ribbons, lace, and embroidery," she recounts. "How do our ideas and traditions relate to the modern bride? There is no single answer, just as there is no one ideal beauty. Truth lies in the cliché that beauty comes from within. The adornments we choose to wear simply bring our essence to light."
